Buhari releases list of ambassadorial nominees

Complete list: Buhari fires JAMB boss, others

President Muhammadu Buhari has just released complete list ambassadorial nominees to the Senate.

This was captured in a letter submitted to Senate president Bukola Saraki by President Muhammadu Buhari. Senator Saraki read out list comprising 47 ambassadors on the floor of the Senate.

The list captures career diplomats that will oversee Nigeria’s foreign missions.

Once the nominees pass Senate screening, President Buhari will thereafter assign them to different diplomatic missions worldwide.
