Metuh is being prosecuted for offenses relating to separate transactions of N400m and $2m.

The EFCC is prosecuting Metuh on a seven-count charge.

Metuh is being accused of fraudulently receiving N400m from the Office of the National Security Adviser in 2014 without any justification.

In response, EFCC’s counsel, Mr. Sylvanus Tahir, said the court should disregard the submission.

Mr. Tahir prayed the court to go ahead with the proceedings because of the absence of a medical report.
