Father’s Day is a celebration that honors fathers and celebrates paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. In Catholic Europe, it has been celebrated on 19 March since the middle.

This celebration was brought by the Spanish and Portuguese to Latin America, where 19 March is often still used for it, though many countries in Europe and the Americas have adopted the US date which is the third Sunday of June.

In the US, Father’s Day has been celebrated since the early twentieth century.

President Buhari is also a father. Recall that he left the country on medical leave. At exactly 5:35PM yesterday, PMB stepped our of the presidential jet at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

He was recieved by dignitaries and friends.

Moments after he arrived and was conveyed to his presidential home at Aso villa, a picture surfaced of him taking selfie with Zahra, his daughter.

It tells a lot about the first family. First, they celebrate a supposed christain holiday in Ramadan. Secondly, the bonding with his family. And finally his love for Nigeria.
